FIELD: metallurgy, possibly production of alloyed titanium alloys by vacuum arc remelting. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of casting melt of master alloy at temperature of melt 605 - 630 C through two-roll crystallizer at circumferential speed of roll rotation in range 14 - 20 m/min; cooling with water crystallized melt in the form of belt at outlet of crystallizer.
