FIELD: transport engineering; brake system. SUBSTANCE: proposed unit relates to pneumatic booster of brakes and includes housing fastened to automobile partition. Unit is hermetically divided by means of movable wall into front chamber constantly connected with partial vacuum source, and rear chamber selectively connected with front chamber or with atmosphere through valve set into action control rod which moves the pusher. Unit has brake master cylinder whose housing has least two flanges to secured brake master cylinder to booster housing. Each flange engages with screw and nut. It has also at least one piston moved in hole of brake master cylinder by means of pusher. Unit has special device which provides breaking of mechanical coupling between piston of brake master cylinder and booster pusher when brake master cylinder rotates relative to booster under action of torque applied to brake master cylinder.
