FIELD: securing ships to buoys. SUBSTANCE: ship is secured to submerged loading/unloading buoy anchored to sea bottom; such buoy is admitted into receiving chamber of ship which is open from beneath. During operation, buoy is connected to at least one service pipe line, thus forming intermediate connection between this pipe line and piping system on board ship. Buoy includes outer buoyant member used for rigid securing of buoy in receiving chamber and central member mounted for rotating in outer member; ship may turn about central member in securing the buoy in receiving chamber. Besides that, upper end of central member is connected to shipboard piping system through hinge and through at least one movable joint. EFFECT: simple, quick and safe connection and disconnection of buoy and ship even though under poor weather conditions. 44 cl, 3 dwg
