FIELD: oil-and-gas production from offshore development wells. SUBSTANCE: system consists of substance buoy including outside floating member designed for installation and detachable fastening in receiving ship chamber submerged in water and opened in direction of bottom. Installed in outside member and secured with anchors to sea bottom is central element connected with at least one transmission line running from respective development well upward to buoy. There is a shaft extending from receiving chamber to ship deck. Installed at the level of ship deck is a set of swivels consisting of internal and external swivel members swivelling relative to one another. Swivel internal member is rigidly connected with supporting cylinder passed through shaft downward whose end with no possibility for rotation is connected with buoy central element. The latter has through channels for transmission lines grouped according to their purposes. Transmission lines are running through buoy inside the supporting cylinder to swivel set. Upper ends of these lines are made for connection with respective connecting members of pipes connected by means of swivel set with the system of ship pipelines.
