FIELD: extraction of hydrocarbons in open sea. SUBSTANCE: system includes ship with sunken intake chamber, buoy connected to riser and swivel device located at upper end of buoy for motion of technological fluid between riser and shipboard piping system. Swivel device is provided with female and male members which are inserted axially; in connected state, these members are located coaxially and limit circular clearances communicated with respective liquid duct in male and female members for motion of technological fluid. Each side of circular clearances is provided with sealing devices which form seals between these clearances and become slack when female and male members are separated. EFFECT: avoidance of bulky structures mounted on board ship; quick and reliable connection and disconnection of buoy and ship. 21 cl, 13 dwg
