FIELD: shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: buoy may be disconnected from the receiving chamber of the floating ship which is open from beneath. Buoy has central member which is used for transfer of fluid medium from or to transfer pipe line connected to central member from below and outer member mounted rotatably on central member which makes it possible to turn the ship relative to central member when outer member is secured in receiving chamber. Buoy is provided with bottom bearing structure which is connected with central member and is used to give support for buoy on sea bottom when buoy is not used; central member is connected with several mooring lines which extend through considerable distance outside from buoy along sea bottom; mooring lines are rather flexible, thus making it possible to raise buoy from sea bottom. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reliability. 10 cl, 3 dwg
