FIELD: pipe line transport. SUBSTANCE: device includes the following components linked optically and arranged in succession: scanning member with even number of faces which is mounted for rotation about axis passing through its center, inlet objective, spectrodivider, receivers of visible and thermal channels whose outputs are connected with picture monitor through signal mixer, laser probing channel including laser radiators, flat mirror, polychromator, radiation receivers, signal processing unit whose output is connected with picture monitor through signal mixer. Innovation of invention consists in non- reflecting faces of scanning member; width of these faces is equal to section of beams of laser radiators and additional components fitted between outputs of each laser radiation receiver and signal processing unit; these are: analog signal switch, analog-to-digital converter, on-line storage, digital- to-analog converter and differential amplifier; second output of analog signal switch is connected with second input of differential amplifier.
