FIELD: drying grain and seeds. SUBSTANCE: plant includes vertical cylindrical louver housing with louver tube for distribution of heat-transfer agent mounted inside housing. Tube and housing form circular chamber for drying loose material. At the bottom, chamber is connected with taper unloading hopper; at the top, it is connected with taper loading hopper through which branch pipe for supply of heat-transfer agent to taper peak of louver tube passes. Walls of tube and housing are made in form of louver grids; width of circular chamber is no less than 400 mm. Mounted in lower portion of louver tube is truncated cone whose lesser base is open at the top and is connected with tube through coupling cone; larger base whose diameter is equal to average diameter of circular chamber is located at the bottom forming supply circular slit for loose material together with wall of taper unloading hopper. Louver tube and housing have similar number of parts which are interconnected in pairs forming modules which have coupling cones on parts of tube and mounting flanges on outer surface of housing. Mounted in the middle of height of circular chamber is loose material flow distributor.
