FIELD: classification of loose materials with size boundaries of 0.1-5.0 mm and in combination with drying process. SUBSTANCE: the body of classifier with gas inlets and main and additional outlets for discharge of dust-air mixture accommodates distributing screen and louver screen with transfer shelf under it. Installed under loading inlet above the sheet of material supply onto distributing screen is vertical shaft with nozzles located in tiers on its side surface in height. Shaft is embraced by annular gas distributing collector. To increase the dwell time of material in zone of heat treatment, upper tier of nozzles is made of two nozzles installed diametrically opposite to each other. Installed inside vertical shaft is conical dissector facing with its top upward and fastened between the upper and second tiers of nozzles. Inclined rings are secured to shaft side surface. Cross-section area of each nozzle of upper tier exceeds that of each nozzle of underlying tiers by 2-5 times. Nozzles of underlying tiers are deflected in horizontal plane from radial direction to one side. Located under louver screen is recleaning chamber in form of zigzag channel with cross-section expanding upward. Secured inside the chamber are circular members with flow dissectors, and its lower part is connected by means of air-conveying pipe with vertical shaft. Secured along the distributing screen on side walls of body are pressure chambers with nozzles in above-screen space. Located under transfer shelf is discharge outlet, which consists of vertical shaft with nozzles on its side surface and embraced by annular gas-distributing collector.
