Upper obstacle has cross-section in the form of trapezium and cross-section of lower obstacle is T-shaped. Opposite ends of obstacles are anchored in bearing bases that diminish effect of turbulence. Aid detecting signal corresponding to vibration of vortexes and made in the form of plate to which channels pressure transducer coupled by electric circuit processing signals of transducer is linked is located behind lower obstacle downstream of flow. Upward section of pipe is linked to upper section of pipe which profile of internal wall ensures change of direction of flow under continuously varying angle. Downward section of pipe is connected to lower conical section of pipe whose internal wall suddenly changes direction of flow through angle of 9-20 degrees. EFFECT: high precision of measurement of gas flows under very small Raynolds numbers due to constancy of Strouhal number. 25 cl, 18 dwg
