FIELD: computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves application of high-frequency feed voltage which provides electron oscillation amplitude in discharge less than discharge gap. This results in possibility to keep high- frequency discharge with low loss and quasi-stationary state. Amplitude of blanking pulses depends on condition of plasma decay in gas.
