FIELD: cellular communication networks. SUBSTANCE: method involves transmission of call from mobile station to commutator, conversion of call number using short call number table so that this number can be used in communication network, directing this call to user of shorter number, as well identification of user. In addition method involves recording account information in intelligent network center which provides service and controls user rights for access to communication system. Data from intelligent network center can be transmitted using special communication network. This results in possibility to establish connection from user A of mobile communication network to user B of mobile communication network or another network when call is initiated using mobile handset.
