SUBSTANCE: servicing control station incorporating servicing control function passes request to servicing switching station incorporating servicing switching function to initiate televoting; servicing switching station incorporating servicing switching function counts calls of preset telephone numbers realized by telephone network user and conveys data on number of calls to intelligent-network servicing control station incorporating servicing control function. Station incorporating servicing switching function compares received requests for initiating televoting so as to find out if televoting procedure is initiated by any other control station using same telephone numbers or some of same telephone numbers; if this is the case, station incorporating servicing switching function does not initiate televoting process.
