FIELD: medical equipment, may be used for endoscopic and laparoscopic operations. SUBSTANCE: instrument has pipe with rod positioned for longitudinal movement within pipe. Actuating members are disposed at one end of pipe and connected with rod through connecting mechanism. Rod moving drive is made in the form of handle and lever. Handle is connected with other end of pipe and lever is pivotally connected with rod. Actuating members are connected by detachable connection. Pipe is provided with additional fastener restricting longitudinal movement of rod relative to pipe. Instrument is further provided with mechanism for rotating relative to longitudinal axis and device for fixing it at required angle of rotation. Drive is made collapsible.
