FIELD: erection and repairing main and factory pipelines, manufacturing equipment. SUBSTANCE: machine includes car with cutter 1. Said car has builtup platform. Part 4 of platform with cutter 1 is provided with drive wheels 5 and reduction gear 6. Output shaft of reduction gear 6 is joined by means of kinematic chain 7 embracing tube to be cut through sprocket. Input shaft of reduction gear 6 is joined with handle through flexible shaft 11 for remote control of car motion. Inclined surface of part 4 of platform is rigidly connected with part 12. Part 13 of platform with wheels 14 is joined with possibility of forced motion of part 12. Part 13 is fixed relative to part 12 by means of screw and nut.
