FIELD: manufacture and maintenance of main oil pipelines and other different designation pipelines. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes body-free car with driving 9 and driven 10 shafts. Shafts are mutually joined by means of axle 12 through elastic brackets 13. Supporting freely rotating wheels 7 are mounted on ends of shafts 9,10. Gear box body 1 is jointly secured to driving shaft of car. The last is kinematically joined with hydraulic motor through clutch 2. Drive pinion of reduction gear and cutting tool 6 are mounted on shaft of hydraulic motor 11. Body of reduction gear 1 together with hydraulic motor 11 and tool 6 may move in radial direction by means of feed-in screw towards tube to be cut. Nut of feed-in screw is jointly secured to axle 12. Chains 8 are tensioned by means of screw 5. In order to provide rigidity of system "tool-part" articulation joints may be fixed by means of nuts 4.
