FIELD: delivery of cargoes by flying vehicle without touch-down. SUBSTANCE: first rope is lowered and is secured on landing platform, after which flying vehicle performs circle flight and rope is made taut due to circular ascent of flying vehicle in spiral. Then cargo is lowered over that rope by means of lowering rope controlling the rate of lowering. EFFECT: enhanced safety of cargo in landing.
