FIELD: production of Ziegler-Natte catalysts. SUBSTANCE: method involves consequent interaction of granulated carrier with (a) organosilicon compound, (b) dialkyl magnesium and at definite conditions with trialkyl aluminium, (c) monochloroorganic compound, and (d) with at least one compound of tetravalent titanium. Silane (e.g. diethoxydimethyl silane, methyltrimethoxy silane, methyltriethoxy silane or tetrasilane) may be used as said organosilicon compound. Disilasane (e.g. hexamethyl disilasane) also may be used as said organosilicon compound. With the help of proposed catalyst one may obtain linear polyethylene having low density and relative narrow molecular weight distribution together with high bulk weight.
