FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: magnetic alloy comprises, atomic %: nickel, 0.1-2.0; copper, 0.5-2.0; molybdenum, 0.5-5.0; niobium, 0.1-4.5; silicium, 5-18; boron, 4-12, ferrum, the balance. Summary amount of molybdenum and niobium is 2-5 atomic %. Said alloy is to posses such a structure wherein not less than 50 % of crystalline grains have size less than 100 nm, thus high magnetic permeability is provided.
