FIELD: railway construction machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: machine has frame which is made up of two parts which are connected together by means of pivoted joint which is splittable in design. Both parts of frame are located successively one after another in longitudinal direction of machine and they rest on rail trucks. First part of frame carries guide rails. Movable along these guide rails is lifting crane of device intended for continuous transportation of sleepers in longitudinal direction of machine. Second part of frame in zone of pivoted joint is located above first part of frame and is made movable relative to first part of frame. It is provided with off-rail carriage. Installed on second part of frame in zone of pivoted joint is additional rail truck which can be adjusted in height by power drive and it can also be moved along guide rails of first part of frame. Aforesaid embodiment of track-laying machine can be quickly brought to working position after it is transported to track laying site of railway. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 9 cl, 7 dwg
