FIELD: valving. SUBSTANCE: valve has housing 1 with bow 2, spindle 3 having handle 4 at one end and gate member 5 at the other. Seat 4 is mounted in the axial opening 1 of the housing. The unit of spacer is pressed to the seat by strap 13. The unit of spacer is made as a washer which is in a contact with gland ring pack 10 and a bushing, which has a chamfering facing the seat. Gate member 5 has an operation surface made up as a truncated cone, which interacts with the seat 7. The seat 7 has circular projection, which abuts against the housing. The bushing 12 is mounted free for rolling out the projection of the seat when the latter contacts with the chamfering. The spindle has two parts, one of which is connected to the bow by the thread and the other is connected to the first part by two clutch parts. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 cl, 2 dwg
