FIELD: valving.
SUBSTANCE: stop valve has housing provided with inlet and outlet passages. The passages are in communication with the axial opening made in the housing. The housing receives the sealed detachable seat. The coupling nut is mounted from below of the housing and secured to it through a threaded connection. The coupling nut is mounted for permitting load to be transmitted to the seat and sealing members through the sleeve and bronze insert. The clip provided with the central through opening is mounted on the top of the housing and secured to it through a threaded connection and is axially aligned with respect to the central axial opening of the housing. The clip receives the spindle with a handle at its one end for permitting rotation and lateral motion. The other end of the spindle is connected with the rod. The rod is mounted inside the housing for longitudinal motion and engaging the detachable seat. The inlet and outlet passages are in communication with the axial opening in the housing and are inclined to it. The longitudinal axes of the passages are parallel. The inlet passage underlies the outlet passage and is connected with the flowing part of the seat. The outlet passage is connected with the central opening of the housing.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability and serviceability.
