CLAMP Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: clamp is used for fastening of hoses on tubes. Clamp has band twisted into ring. Connecting element is made as cylindrical spring enveloping the ring. Spring is mounted for rotation between two projections provided at band ends. This spring emerges behind one of projections and has rod with head secured to one of its ends. One projection comes in contact with rod end. Second projection is located between spring turns. It interacts with spring turns for displacement of one end of band relative to the other. EFFECT: higher reliability of clamping, simplified construction. 4 dwg
