FIELD: electronic measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to devices measuring parameters of elastic vibrations in solid, liquid and gaseous media in frequency range not higher than frequency of inherent vibrations of piezopolymer film. Proposed transmitter may be used as sensor of elastic vibrations in various instrument. Piezoelement of transmitter is manufactured from piezopolymer film with two-side metallized coat that is rigidly fixed in casing made up of two rings. Body, rings, diaphragm and rod are made from material having frequency of inherent vibrations one order higher than frequency of inherent vibrations of piezofilm. Thanks to such make of transmitter one can obtain output electric signal from transmitter adequate to elastic vibrations coming to it and expand range of recorded frequencies.
