SUBSTANCE: device has piece of four-wire line which is coaxial to longitudinal axis of linear accelerator with electric contact to electrodes of accelerator. Piece of line is shaped with recesses and projections, which size conforms to parameters of space-uniform quadruple focusing structures. Device provides possibility to mount it in single housing with accelerating-focusing channel with space- uniform quadruple focusing structures and keeps quadruple symmetry of beam which is required for its injection in periodic structure.
