FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: cleaning is performed by continuous circulation of biological liquid taken up and diluted with coagulant over cleaning circuit which includes special filter. Then biological liquid is reinfused to patient. In addition, filtrate in which dissolved toxic substances, as well as useful salts and electrolytes, are found is passed through return circuit so as to be returned to patient during reinfusion of lost useful molecules. Device uses accumulation and threshold appliances. Accumulation appliance provides for gathering of filtrate from cleaning circuit and generates commands to control perfusion pumps as elementary quantity of filtrate is accumulated. Then filtrate is transferred to return circuit, and accumulation appliance provides for accounting of transferred filtrate. This appliance prevents air from getting into hydraulic tract, which enhanced reliability of device as a whole. Threshold device provides for accounting of biological liquid volume taken up for cleaning and for control of perfusion pumps. All perfusion pumps are fitted with sensors of transferred liquid volume in order to return required volume of liquid to patient in case of reinfusion. Use of compensating solution tank and of several parallel circuits instead of one return circuit enables optimization of volume and composition of cleaned biological liquid returned to patient. Every substituting circuit has special filter of its own (according to number of groups of ranges for returned molecule sizes). Use of facility for irradiation (for example, by ultraviolet or laser rays) allows sterilization of biological liquid. Irradiation facility is positioned in cleaning circuit on transparent section of main tube. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 4 cl, 1 dwg
