FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: device includes successively connected by hydrotracts accumulator of biological fluid; purification circuit, containing working reservoir and filter; filtrate accumulator; circuit of return of useful filtrate elements, re-infusion reservoir, which have electric connection with control unit. Introduced are: comparison circuit, threshold element and sensors of toxaemia, fixing level of biological fluid toxicity, and connected with them in pairs amplitude converts, converting output data from toxaemia sensors into amplitude electric signal. Toxaemia sensor, signal output of which is connected with first amplitude converter, is located between accumulator of biological fluid and working reservoir of purification circuit, with the other toxaemia sensor, signal output of which is connected with second amplitude converter, being located between output from purification circuit filter and its working reservoir. Signal outputs from each amplitude converter are connected to inlets of comparison circuit, output of which is connected with threshold element.

EFFECT: valve is connected via hydrotracts with working reservoir of purification circuit and re-infusion reservoir and provides re-pumping of purified biological fluid from purification circuit into re-infusion reservoir by signal from control unit, one of outputs of which is connected to signal input of control valve.
