FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has unit for accumulating lymph, cleaning line having working reservoir and filter, unit for accumulating filtrate, lines for discharging useful filtrate ingredients, reinfusion reservoir, reservoir for collecting compensating solutions, control unit, dropper, unit for taking blood connected to filter inlet and three-way distributor unit every inlet of which is connected to the filter outlet, working reservoir and dropper, respectively. Working reservoir outlet is connected to the filter inlet through the first pump and to the reinfusion reservoir through the second pump. Device design enables one to maintain blood and lymph purification through one and the same filter but at different time periods. While selecting and accumulating definite lymph volume, thee filter is unoccupied and intensive blood filtration takes place, that is taken from patient vein using unit for collecting blood. Then, the pipes are switched over by means of three-way distributor unit controllable through control unit, and lymph purification is carried out by means of multiple passage of lymph diluted with lymph diluter through filter in cleaning line. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in removing toxic metabolism products, poisons from biofluids. 1 dwg
