FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method is effected in broad spectral range, particularly in 250-400 nm ultraviolet wave-length range. Surface of patient's body is exposed to pulsed irradiation with pulse duration of at least 10-3s and not over 10-2s. Simultaneously, irradiated section is subjected to mechanical effect. Method contains dependence between duration of pulses and their quantity. Blood gets the same therapeutically significant irradiation dose through skin as in case of its continuous irradiation beyond organism. As compared with similar methods, given method ensures higher safety of treatment by irradiation of blood with light radiation directly in vessels, through skin.
