SUBSTANCE: device comprises a body with in-built inlet sleeve and outlet sleeve, fluid container, UV emitter and electrode connected to an electrical power generator. The UV emitter is configured as a gas-discharge flasher with a filter lens and mounted in a body lamp attached to a cylindrical section of a neck of an opaque vessel having a flared section connected to a cylindrical container, at the top of which there is a horizontal closed-loop flange for the inlet sleeve with an air-inlet valve and the diametrical outlet sleeve with an air-outlet valve; the container has a stoppered filler hole, whereas at the bottom of the cylindrical container, there is a drain cock.
EFFECT: decreasing the ozone output and improving the therapeutic effect.
