FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device includes a semiconductor laser source with a wavelength of 660±5 nm for excitation of chlorin E6 fluorescence, fiber-optic cable for delivering laser radiation from the source to the tissue surface, broadband white light source with a built-in optical filter that cuts off the long-wavelength part of the red and near-infrared spectrum, portable spectrometer with a built-in optical filter for recording one dynamic range of absorption spectra of oxy- and deoxyhemoglobin in the range of 500–600 nm, backscattered laser radiation and fluorescence of chlorin E6 in the near-infrared range, as well as a fiber-optic probe that provides the delivery of white light and registration of absorption spectra of oxy- and deoxyhemoglobin, backscattered laser radiation and tissue fluorescent signal in the near-infrared range.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is the implementation of spectral-fluorescent monitoring of the state of tumor tissues with a high level of heterogeneity, providing simultaneous control of photobleaching of a photosensitizer in the near-infrared range, oxygenation and optical properties of biological tissues (absorbing and scattering properties) directly in the process of photodynamic therapy.
