FIELD: oil-producing industry. SUBSTANCE: withdrawal of oil and water is carried out through different producing horizontal wells. Determined in formation of floating oil pool is position of water-oil contact and thickness of water and oil zones. Drilled in formation zone having small thickness is the first horizontal well parallel to surface of water-oil contact. The second horizontal well is drilled in zone of large thickness parallel to the first well and its length equals that of the first well. Well axis is located on the same vertical of the first well. Beginning and end of horizontal section are located on the same verticals of beginning and end of horizontal section of the first well. Position of interface of supply regions of two horizontal wells is determined. When interface of supply regions runs over oil zone, pool is developed in two stages. At the first stage, development is carried out by withdrawal of fluids from the first and seconds wells. Their production rates are determined by the condition of preservation of position of interface of wells supply regions up to depletion of oil zone part relating to supply region of oil well. At the second stage, development is carried out by combination of withdrawal from oil well and changing over of water well for low production rate and/or disconnection of water well, and/or changing over of water well to under pressure. Position of interface of wells supply region is determined by level. EFFECT: extension of waterless period of oil recovery and higher oil recovery from pool. 1 ex
