SUBSTANCE: method consists in that prosthesis operation is made by the aid of posterior leg of prosthesis, which is installed on back end of oval window of labyrinth after fixation of stirrup muscle on prosthesis, and stirrup head is laid on under long anvil outgrowth thereby restoring anvil- stirrup articulation.
