FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rising conductivity of nonmetallic integrated structures by introducing cake-based carbon fibers into honeycomb structure. Simultaneously, carbon fibers (20) provide direction- controllable conductivity over honeycomb structure. In a preferable exemplary version, structure of cell walls (80) is composed of a large number of nonmetallic unidirectional layers (82, 84, and 86) of fabric, at least one of them being composed of unidirectional high- conductivity fibers. EFFECT: increased conduction of structure and enabled conductivity control. 22 cl, 11 dwg, 2 tbl
