FIELD: artificial leathers. SUBSTANCE: layer of 22-25-% solution of fluoroplastic in ethylacetate is formed on a bed. Resultant film is joined with heat-stable hard-inflammable phenylon fabric being lower part of a material. When dried, fabric with film detached from the bed is separated and covered by outside heat- reflecting metallized layer formed by vacuum evaporation of aluminum at residual pressure (2.8-3.2)x (2,8-3,2)•10-2 Pa, temperature in deposition zone 80 C, and speed of propagation 2 m/s. Weight ratio of lower, intermediate, and outside layers is 1:(0.28-0.39):0.055. EFFECT: improved fire resistance, resistance to repeated deformations, frost resistance, and rigidity. 1 tbl
