MULTILAYER FACING HEAT-RESISTANT MATERIAL OF ARTIFICIAL LEATHER TYPE Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: light industry, in particular, production of multilayer artificial leather type materials with polymeric coating. SUBSTANCE: material has textile base of natural and chemical filaments or mixture thereof with surface density of 80-300 g/sq.m, impregnation layer of aqueous fireproofing compound solution based on ammonium phosphate salts with P₂O₅ content of at least 40%, with content thereof in base being 15-30% by weight of base. Impregnation layer is produced by impregnation method. Polymeric coating is formed on base after drying thereof at temperature less than 150 C by applying said coating in 2-3 layers at face and reverse sides or at face side, with following thermal treatment of each layer at temperature less than 220 C. Polymeric coating comprises the following components, wt%: emulsion polyvinyl chloride 100; dioctyl phthalate plasticizer 30-60; trichloroethyl phosphate 5-30; chloroparaffin 5-30; stabilizer: complex stabilizer based on barium-cadmium-zinc salt of synthetic fatty acids, calcium stearate 1.0-1.5; vegetable epoxy soya oil 0.5; fireproofing compounds: aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide or antimony trioxide 5-25; filler: separated chalk 5-20; pigments 3-5; titanium dioxide 1.0-1.5; lead chrome yellow 0.5-1.2; blue phthalocyanine pigment 0.1-0.6; red iron oxidic pigment 0.9-1.0; green phthalocyanine pigment 0.5-0.7. Weight ratio of layers in material: textile base: impregnation layer: polymeric coating is 1:0.15-0.30:1.5-3.0, respectively.
