FIELD: building industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves feeding to a mixer the porous filling agent, 9-12% of aqueous dispersion of mineral binding agent taken from the group: portland cement, pozzuolanic portland cement, slag-portland cement, slaked lime, quick lime, gypso-cement-pozzuolanic binding agent. Then method involves stirring up to complete covering the porous filling agent surface with mineral binding agent an aqueous dispersion. Then the foam-concrete mixture based on the mineral binding agent is added to a mixer followed by the terminal stirring for 2-15 min. Invention can be used for making the light-weight building articles and structures in built-up and monolith building. EFFECT: increased concrete strength, decreased heat conductivity and binding agent consumption. 1 tbl
