FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: members for fastening of plates are installed on reinforcing net which is secured on wall surface. Thermal insulation is arranged by filling space between wall surface and facing plates with thermal insulation material for example with foam concrete containing components which protect steel reinforcement from corrosion. Plastic pipes are used to make ventilation passages. Passages are made by pushing and sliding plastic pipes upwards as thermal-insulating foam concrete is being hardened. Application of aforesaid method ensures combining operations of architectural facing of wall surfaces with plates with efficient thermal insulation and arrangement of ventilation passages.
