FIELD: environment protection; decontamination of solid wastes in various industries. SUBSTANCE: incinerator includes combustion chamber with lower and upper working compartments, casing connected with waste loading branch pipe and flue gases evacuation passage. Process of preparation of high-temperature working medium for gasification, gasification process proper as well as afterburning process and thermal decontamination of gasification products may be performed separately due to availability of middle working compartment in combustion chamber, fire grate forming boundary between middle and lower working compartments and diaphragm fitted between middle and upper working compartments, as well as due to availability of vortex cyclone chamber in lower working compartment and providing the waste loading branch pipe and flue gas discharge passage with inlet to middle working compartment and outlet from upper working compartment. Besides that, availability of independent cooled passages for each compartment ensures effective separate cooling of three working compartments and additionally enhances reliability of waste decontamination.
