FIELD: traumatology; orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: prosthesis is made of titanium and assembled of scapula and humeral parts. Scapula part is made in the form of hemisphere with protruding section on external surface for introduction into scapula bone and with cone on internal surface for attachment of endoprosthesis head. Scapula part has two holes for rigid fixation to articular surface of scapula and one hole for auxiliary attachment to coracoid process of scapula. Humeral part of endoprosthesis consists of metal head with tapered hole which is positioned in hollow spherical bowl made of high- molecular polyethylene. Humeral part also includes neck with combs for fixing of bone plates with tendons of rotating shoulder collar and hollow leg. EFFECT: restoration of full volume of shoulder joint motion, reliable coupling of endoprosthesis leg to bone. 1 dwg
