FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine. Individual implant of the proximal articular end of the humerus with bioactive properties, made in the form of a one-piece construction from titanium alloy Ti6Al4V, consists of an intramedullary stem, a body with a tetrahedron-based bar structure, and a polished head. In the proximal part, the intramedullary stem has an arched transition into the implant body. A porous platform is made on the distal part of the implant body. A porous cuff with holes for fixing the joint capsule is made around the base of the hemisphere of the head. The porous structure of the cuff and platform is made three-dimensional, with cells representing a dodecahedron. On the outer side of the body there are upper holes located in the same plane for suturing the rotator cuff and lower through holes for suturing the deltoid muscles. The roughness of the polished head is not lower than Ra 0.8, and an oxide coating with a thickness of not more than 20 microns is applied to the surface of the intramedullary pedicle and body.
EFFECT: invention provides increased reliability of the structure and increased service life, as well as full fixation of the articular capsule, ligaments and tendons.
