FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has unit to be fastened on the scapula, hinged articulation and limb for fixing the prosthesis on the humerus. The unit for fastening it on the scapula has double toothed fork fixing member for fixing the scapula crest having holes produced for setting locking screws. Limb for fixing the prosthesis is produced as humerus extension piece. Locking washer, spring, ratchet union, spring fixing member having grooves in the middle part perpendicular to the longitudinal axis are mounted in series on the intermediate roller for fixing it relative to driving ratchet. The grooves are in perpendicular relation to the longitudinal axis. they are equidistantly spaced on diametrically opposite sides. The intermediate roller is connected to lead screw that has threaded connection beginning with a groove and connection with a carriage for moving it along the lead screw and along the casing slit. EFFECT: combined articulation endoprosthesis-making of long bones and humerus repair. 20 dwg
