FIELD: medicine, pharmacology. SUBSTANCE: method involves binding in vivo molecule-carriers of parmacoactive compounds with blood cells taking part in pathological process. For this binding original derivatives of pharmacological agents and RvD-containing peptide are synthesized. Pharmacological agent bound to RvD-peptide and administrated in circulatory system is able to bind with platelet 2b/3a-receptors and transported by cells to places with increased platelet adhesion (atherosclerotic damages of blood vessels, metastatic zones of tumor proliferation and other points of platelet cluster).
