SUBSTANCE: method includes artificial pulmonary ventilation and medicamentous therapy with exclusion of anticholinesterasic preparations, and performance of urgent discrete plasmapheresis with column of plasma substitute of at least 0.8 volume of patient's circulating plasma. One-time intake amounts to 12-15% of patient's circulating blood volume with subsequent centrifuging at speed of 2900-3100 rpm for 5-8 min. Additionally, two-fold washing of erithrocytes membranes is carried out for removal of antigens, antibodies and immune complexes. EFFECT: promoted immunodepression of plasmapheresis, prompt arresting of crisis.
