SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology, and can be used for prediction of clinical course in patients with myasthenia. In patient 1 year after establishing diagnosis following things are determined: age of onset of disease, severity of state by MGFA scale, thymus state according to CT/MRI or histological examination after operation, use of glucocorticoid hormone preparations. Values are assessed in points. Forecasting (Fp) is calculated by formula. Fp from 0.001 to 0.1 enables predicting favorable clinical course of disease. If Fp equals to 0.7 and more, unfavorable clinical course is predicted.

EFFECT: method enables story prediction of clinical course of myasthenia 1 year after diagnosis, well-timed correction of treatment and improved prognosis.
