FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology, and can be used for prediction of onset in myasthenia generalization with eye symptoms. Following things are determined: patient's sex, M-response amplitude decrement in studying of neuromuscular transmission with circular eye muscles, resistance to anticholinesterase agents. Values are assessed in points. Forecasting (Fp) is calculated by formula. If Fp equals to 0.8 and more, generalized myasthenia is predicted.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain information on probability of myasthenia generalization in short terms after diagnosis and improve prognosis of disease by assessing most significant parameters.
