FIELD: transport engineering; railway transport. SUBSTANCE: device has resilient members in form of two flexible parallel beams installed with clearance in horizontal plane. Middle parts of beams are rigidly secured in slider installed for free displacement in cross direction relative to longitudinal axis of locomotive frame in two guides. Ends of guides are rigidly fastened on locomotive frame. Heads of brackets rigidly secured in middle of bogie end beams are placed in clearance between ends of flexible beams.
