FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: device has flexible wedge installed for displacement in clearance between locomotive frame and bogie frame. Supernormal turning of running gear bogie on curvilinear sections of track is prevented by feeding the wedge above indicated clearance by means of swinging arm installed on longitudinal frame whose rocking is converted into translation movement of wedge by means of carriers coupling switching arm with wedge and hand acting onto wedge starting from the moment when locomotive enters transfer curve of track and centrifugal force in insufficient. EFFECT: reduced intensity of wear of locomotive wheel flange when negotiating curvilinear sections of track. 3 dwg
