FIELD: metallurgy of steels, more particularly ship building and turbine construction and manufacture of screw propellers and vanes operating in corrosion-induced media (sea and fresh water) under effect of significant static and cyclic loads. SUBSTANCE: claimed corrosion-resistant steel comprises (wt %): 0.03-0.06 carbon; 0.04-0.4 silicon; 0.06-0.9 manganese; 14.0-15.5 chromium; 4.0-4.4 nickel; 1.0-1.5 copper; 0.11-0.28 molybdenum; 0.01-0.1 zirconium; and the iron balance. After special thermal treatment, said steel has following properties (wt least): ultimate fluidity 620 MPa; ultimate strength 780 MPa; relative elongation 18%. EFFECT: improve processibility during casting operation, fluidity and crack resistance, higher strength characteristics and corrosion fatigue resistance. 1 tbl
