FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: multiplier is designed for the working energy transmission fluid with its pressure conversion. Multiplier comprises a housing, in which coaxially located low and high pressure hydraulic cylinders with pistons and low pressure hydraulic fluid supply, the high pressure fluid drainage and outlet channels are installed. Pistons and hydraulic cylinder bodies are in direct mechanical connection to each other with the single closed bearing structure formation. In the high-pressure fluid outlet channels the check valves are installed. Cavities in the high-pressure cylinders are connected to the low-pressure hydraulic cylinder fluid inlet cavity through the additionally installed check valves, which are located in the high-pressure hydraulic cylinders pistons. In the low pressure hydraulic cylinder piston the hydraulic distribution and switching devices are installed. In the housing, opposite the high-pressure hydraulic cylinder, an additional high-pressure hydraulic cylinder is installed. Hydraulic distribution device is made as the double action valve assembly, inside which the spring-loaded piston with channels is installed, made with possibility of axial movement, in its extreme positions interacting with made in the form of balls movable locking elements, and at that changing the balls sealing between made in the above-mentioned piston cones, and made in two fixed seats with holes cones. Two high-pressure cylinders cavities are connected to the low-pressure hydraulic cylinder fluid inlet cavity through the hydraulic distribution device and the channels in the low-pressure piston. Controlling the hydraulic distributing device operation switching device is made in the form of two independent of each other conical shut-off valves having a rigid connection to the high-pressure hydraulic cylinders housings and moving into the open position at the low pressure piston extreme positions. In the low pressure hydraulic cylinder, the fluid from the switching device inlet and drainage openings are made. In the low pressure cylinder piston the fluid to the hydraulic distribution and control devices supplying channels are made.
